So all of a sudden, I'm craving dumplings.. haha!
Instead of buying the already-made frozen packages of dumplings,
I figured I'd made some myself :-)
Haven't made them in a long time...
I miss cooking Chinese food!
I picked up some dumpling wrapper from a small Asian store in Kenner...
mixed the meat (pork flavor)...
and a bowl of water (used as an adhesive)!
Pretty simple huh ^_^
The frozen wrappers were harder to use than the fresh-made ones,
but I managed to make them work :-)
Voilà... the finished product!!
I know... they are pretty, I'm a great dumpling maker :-)
